Terms & Cancellation

Introduction

The following terms apply to the therapy and counselling services provided by Pınar Uzuner. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Services

Services offered include individual psychotherapy and counselling sessions. Sessions may be provided in person or online.

Each session lasts between 50 and 60 minutes.

Fees & Payment

Current session fees are advised at the time of booking. Payment is taken before or at the start of the session.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or payment link.

Appointments & Cancellation

You are expected to confirm your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

Important: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is confidential in accordance with ethical and legal obligations. It may only be shared with relevant authorities in exceptional circumstances involving risk (where the safety of the individual or others is concerned).

Therapy Process

Therapy processes are tailored to the individual. Progress does not carry a guarantee of success and each person's pace is different.

If therapy does not provide the expected benefit, a referral to an appropriate professional may be made.

Limitation of Liability

The therapist is not liable for the consequences of decisions or actions taken outside of sessions. Decisions made by the client are their own responsibility.

Changes to Terms

These terms are updated when necessary. The current version is published on this page and the effective date is stated.
